Beyond confused.

  Hello.

  I bought my wordpress.com website a few months ago and have toyed around with it and am now finally ready to begin. Here’s the problem – I’m technologically challenged. I paid for the .com because it says “we handle everything” and so far I think I’ve basically shut my blog down and cannot view any of my posts. I tried to implement the .com I bought from GoDaddy and I have somehow messed that up? How do I set this up and get it working? Is WordPress hosting me or do I need to find someone else to help me with that? Argh. I’m super frustrated and feel stupid that I don’t know what to do? Help me, please!

  Happy to help you with this. First, let’s get the site up and running. Then, we can work on the other elements.

  It looks like you have two domains setup on your site:

  thehautehummingbird.com

  luluandtulle.com

  I’ve temporarily switched the primary domain on your account back to thehautehummingbird.wordpress.com until we get the other domains up and running.

  First, can you try switching the name servers on luluandtulle.com to WordPress.com as instructed here:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/#how-to-change-your-name-servers

  Let’s start with that and go from there!
