Big Brother Theme Links missing on Homepage

    Why are the right-side blue links not showing up on my homepage using the Big Brother theme? I used that theme twice before on my two previous blogs and the blue links (that say, for example, “Login” and Logout”) were always on the right-hand side of the page, along with “Recent Posts.”

    How do I get them on my new blog?
