Big Brother theme | Sticky Floating Navigation Menu

I am seeking CSS code that will make the navigation header on my site, which is below the header image, float to the top the top of the page and stay there when a user scrolls down the page.
The theme that I am using is Big Brother

Hi there,
Due to the way the code on this theme is written, there is not a CSS solution for creating a sticky menu in this case. It is contained within the same block as the header image, so you would need to hire a web designer to modify the theme source code to break the menu out of the header, and then make it “sticky”
So it is possible, but not something we’re able to help with in this case, sorry.
