Big Brother Theme

I am using the Big Brother Theme and I want to add my logo on the left side of my business name. How do I do this? When I add my logo it sits on top of my business name as this is not what I want.

Hi, you asked the same question in this other thread: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/adding-my-logo-4?replies=2#post-2034174 . If you cannot find a thread that you started or posted in previously, you can click on your username at upper right where it says, Welcome, username and it will bring up a list for you.
Is the image you have on your welcome page right now the one you want to use or do you want to use another?
As @jsmutek said in the other thread, it would be easiest if you went ahead and inserted the logo and then we can work on moving it for you.

No. I want to use my logo which is a double D interlocked plus add a small image on the same side. It would look nicer than having something above my business name.

Okay I have added my logo. It just does not look right. It needs to be on the left side, may be a touch smaller. It makes the header look too large.

The first thing you need to do is crop the image and re-upload it. If you want your image to appear smaller it would make things a lot easier to upload it in the size you want – I’d also recommend trimming all the blank space around the edges of the logo. If you do that and upload it to your media library I can help you with the code to reposition it to one side of your site title.

It looks like you haven’t swapped your existing header image for the new version yet but once you’ve done that try adding this code and let me know how it goes:
.site-branding { position:relative; } .site-logo-anchor { position:absolute; left:30px; } -

As I said in my first reply the cropping is something you need to do to the image outside if WordPress, you need to get it to the desired size and remove the space around the sides first. Have you uploaded a new image to your media library? If so could you paste the URL here so I know what we’re working with?
The code I gave you assumes a much smaller image, it won’t look any good with your existing header image.
