Big gap under mobile menu
-
Hi there WordPress team! hope you all are doing well.
I am a nurse from New Zealand, I had a major accident and could no longer work as a nurse, I started a website for health supplements.
I finally get a brand new website to look good after some years as could finally afford it.
The website team left us with a website that looked very good on a a computer but no menu on the mobile which I found out after paying for it.
They quoted us more price to do the mobile after I had already paid them. So I decided teach myself some things and added the plugin “Mobile menu”
It installed well and looked good, however all of a sudden our logo and other pics went missing off the website, I spent about 24hours trying to piece most of it back together. I cannot wrap the front picture around the text like the website developers did. Can installing a plugin delete your logo and a few other pics of the website? I don’t think it would, I feel perhaps I was sabotaged.
There is a big gap under the mobile menu, especially on the front page, the other pages don’t worry me as much, would love to be able to fix the gap, and if possible the small gap on the other pages but im more worried about the front page.
Any ideas on how to wrap the front pic around the text on the front page and make it look more attractive?
I am so concerned about the big gap, I have installed elementor, and have been teaching myself, however I cannot fix the problem. Any help would be very much appreciated .
Thank you!

Hi there! We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re not able to access the backend of your site to take a closer look.
The good news is that because your host uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform (which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com), help is available at the community forums here:
https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
The folks in the open-source forum are more familiar with these issues and are in the best position to help.
I hope this points you in the right direction.
