  I have some very detailed images, that I want to display at a large size. Something like 1336 x 1432. Is it possible to do this, and what do I need to do to make it happen. Thanks.

  Hi,

  The maximum width of an image on a blog depends on the theme being used. Specifically, the content area of the theme should be wide for beautiful, widescreen images.

  The theme you’re using, Edin, supports full width pages, which you can use for showing widescreen photos.

  You can also add galleries to your posts, and they will be displayed in a full width, glorious carousel, when a user clicks on any of the photos in the gallery. The gallery carousel feature needs to be active for this.

  thank you for your clear answer to my question. I used the link that you gave to the Edin theme, and found exactly what I was looking for. The full width page template, under page options, let me display a large image.

  This is the first time that I have used WordPress, and it can be frustrating when you know what you want to do, but don’t know how to do it. This forum provided a quick answer. Thank you.
