  How do I start over? I’ve made such a mess of my account and want to keep my URL but wipe everything?

  Here’s a link that outlines the process to delete all of your content, but not your entire account: https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/

  Make sure you do NOT delete your account, or you will use your URL.
