Your lack of theme support, and selection, is both sad and discouraging. Honestly, wordpress really sucks and your hosting and lack of customization options is just terrible. I don’t understand why people pay for trash.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Instead of ranting, maybe you can phrase your question nicely, and somebody might be able to provide some help for what you’re trying to do. WordPress is COMPLETELY customizable, and there is almost nothing it can’t do.
Now, with that being said, what seems to be your problem?
-
Sure, I can’t import a theme because “that functionality is currently not supported due to the limitations of wordpress”.
1.) I do all of my work on a local server with custom editors.
2.) My theme works fine on the external server built from wordpress’ exported content/theme/styles.
3.) WordPress cannot import it, because “that functionality is not supported (themes/styles)”.
4.) wordpress servers are slow as molasses, wordpress tools are inconvenient at best. WordPress themes are trash. No professional in their right mind would work in this environment. WordPress turns a 3 hour job in to a 3 day chore.WordPress has been like this for 10 years. This might have been cutting edge then, but it’s crap now. This is how companies die. Sterile, dead-end designs, ideas, infrastructure, and management.
Good Riddance.

OMG! In the last ten years you have not been able to use support docs and the searchbox and find this?
http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/How lame.

drychter.wordpress.com is no longer available.
The authors have deleted this site.Good Riddance.

You want to know what’s lame? Stupid posters whom have no idea what the issue is and pretend to be helpful by posting links to support areas that have nothing to do with my issue.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/?s=import+theme
It clearly states that you can only import content. Themes, styles, and customization settings are not imported. This makes wordpress useless to me.Nice troll though. C U Next Tuesday.

The only themes we can use on free hosted WordPress.com blogs like your blog which you have now deleted are the themes found here http://wordpress.com/themes/
There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we cannot upload any third party themes, create child themes or our own themes or edit templates or import and use stylesheets from any other theme or source.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/
http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/There is no upgrade you can purchase that changes that

That’s why I’m here flaming you, hag. WordPress is sterile and archaic technology. Remember Myspace? WordPress is kind of like that.
Nice site by the way; it made me want to purchase healthcare.

Then don’t waste your time posting here. Here’s how to deactivate your account:
All you were required to provide to register an account here was an email address that can be replaced at any time.
Any personal information that you voluntarily posted can also be removed at any time.
Although username accounts are not deleted, so you cannot be impersonated and have your reputation affected by anyone registering the same username in the future, there are steps you can take that amount to removing all personal information and result in leaving only a throwaway email address behind. http://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/
1. You can go to My Account->Edit Profile and remove all data except the account name and an email address. Create a throwaway email address and change the account email to that throwaway address. This only leaves the username behind.
2. To unsubscribe from email sent to you from WordPress.com, go here and click on “Block all subscription emails from WordPress.com”:
http://wordpress.com/#!/following/subsettings/3. To ensure the account is locked up tightly, visit this site, generate a password of 15-20 characters, and change the account password to it:
http://www.thebitmill.com/tools/password.html4. To hide your Gravatar profile, login and on the bottom right hand corner of your Gravatar profile page you will find a “hide” button visible only to you that you can click.

I’m entitled to my opinions and suggestions, and I will post here until I am forcibly removed. Your insights were both irrelevant and unnecessary, a concept you seem to have some difficulty grasping.
The functionality I’ve suggested is a staple of any professional web development platform, and I would happily pay for that functionality if it were there, however, it’s not, which makes this hosting platform completely useless to me, and in which I had to find out the hard way by wasting three days of my time on a function that *should* be there. I shouldn’t have to *find out* the hard way that I am unable to import a site designed externally using wordpress’ own site template.
Now, if you don’t mind, kindly gfy.

The wonderful thing about threads here is that they are instantly indexed by Google and Bing. That means when one chooses to breach the forum code of conduct and/or the code of civil behavior anywhere online, and gets personal their behavior will be found in Google’s cache I suppose should let you know that, hmmm.
