Big mistake, help please!

Hey there,
Yet another confused user: I would like a refund. I need WordPress.org, and I accidently signed up for WordPress.com. In the agreement it said I could get a full refund within this short time period. I only signed up today. Please advise me on how to proceed. It is impossible to find it on your site.
It is vital for me as I NEED to install some crucial plugins for my blog :(
Thank you very much for your help. I got to say that wordpress can be really confusing for a new user, I am struggling from one place to another for days, installing, uninstalling, re-installing…

Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund from your dashboard.
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

If you’ve registered your domain through WordPress.com and now want it to point to a blog or website hosted elsewhere then you can do this by updating the nameservers.

Thanks a lot, I had already done it. I could not find my way at the beginning, but I finally did. Hopefully all done well.
Thanks a lot and sorry for the trouble, I guess I am one amongst many to make the same mistake. WordPress can be very daunting fo the beginner.
