BIG PIX: images when using Events

Is there a way to set up an image in the Big Pix when using Events?
See here http://www.marcovisconti.org/events/
There is no way I can add a picture instead of the big black gap? Also, the Widget Area is not customisable there.

This is also a support forum but only for those who have hosted their blog on WordPress.com.
WordPress.com is one of the flavour of WordPress for those who has fully hosted on WordPressAnd another flavour is WordPress.org. in this you can host your blog or site with any other hosting registrar and use WordPress standalone software on that.
You are under the WordPress.org flavour as your site is hosted on fasthosts and their you are using WordPress software.
So both flavour has different support document and also different forums to get help with WordPress.

As shubhamgmath said, these forums are for sites hosted on WordPress.com, but you’re running the WordPress software on your own hosting.
Looks like Big Pix has its own help desk, since it’s not a theme in the WordPress.org repo. You can try asking there:;;
