I once purchased the space for 10MB, so I should have 13MB. But recently I can’t upload files and also can’t find the billing history of my purchase before. WHY? Is there anything wrong? Please help!!!!!

You can see your Billing History through Store > Billing History. It looks like you just purchased the 10GB Space Upgrade today on March 6, 2014.
