Big problem “Non-canonical”

    Hello
    After checking my site with a web tool, I see this error.

    I go to Google, I type “Ecoscien” and I see that my site is no longer presented at all as before.

    Now :

    Before, I had my site with subpages like this:

    The only thing I did was add some stuff to my main page. I do not understand what is happening.

    Could you help me please ?
