and can i remove the word Featured from that same place
just on first featured post on slider please

We chatted a while ago regarding this. Right, so in this case, we can target certain posts and make the changes we want.
In this case, we want to make changes to the featured post titled “Words of Wisdom”. The code below should hide the word Featured, as well as allow you to adjust the excerpt size. This type of change/code will only work for this particular post:
.slick-track .post-7389 .site-banner-header p:first-of-type { font-size: 30px; } .slick-track .post-7389 .banner-featured { display: none; }Adjust ’30px’ to increase/decrease excerpt size. Note the code will only work on frhanly.wordpress.com

Thank you very much Ehtis.
Would it also be possible to remove the line which goes with the word you removed? The line that goes thru the word Featured.
Many thanks -
To remove the thin line above just that post in the slider, try this:
.slick-track .post-7389 .site-banner-header::before { border-top: none; }Let me know how it goes.

Terrific! Thank you. It worked.
Can I do something similar to get rid of the matching thin line at the bottom – again only for that post in slider?
Please advise.
Many thanks
Jane

Hmm – did you remove the slider in favour of a single static header? I no longer see a slider, and that means all the code we provided earlier needs to be changed. Could you confirm? Are we still talking about this site – englishtuitionhongkong.wordpress.com ? Thanks!

Is that https://frhanly.wordpress.com/ ?
Site addresses are easier for us to find than titles :)
If so, try this CSS to remove that bottom line:
.slick-track .post-7389 .site-banner-header:after { display: none; }Give that a try and let me know what you think.
