Bilingual website

  We have a wordpress.com blog in Dutch and like to extend that to a English version of this site as well. https://teamdiabetersteuntnepal.wordpress.com
  Preferably with a plugin within the same website. How do we organize this best?

  This uses built-in features of WordPress.com, not plugins.

  There are multi-lingual plugins available, but those only work on self-hosted website (also known as WordPress.org)
