The
artibirdaccount you’re using to post here has never bought any upgrades from us.I see you also submitted a support ticket via email, and there you included a screen shot of a receipt. That receipt is for an upgrade bought under a different account,
artiibird– note the double-i.Please log in as the other account and comment here to confirm, then we can take care of this for you :)
Once you’re logged in as that account you should also be able to cancel these upgrades yourself from the Purchases page.

Hi… ah ok however I have no idea who the other account is with. Are you able to see that. Would be great if you could help very much appreciate it..

I’m not sure what you mean by who the other account is with.
You appear to have two different WordPress.com accounts, one with the username,
artibird, and one with the usernameartiibird. You’re posting here as the former, but your domain was bought as the latter.Log out of
artibird, and log in using theartiibirdusername instead. If you don’t remember the password for the other account, you can reset it at https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword – make sure to type the username with the double-i into the reset form, and the password reset link will be sent to the same email address where you received the receipt for the recent renewal payment.
