If you look at your billing history page you will see there are no transactions there for your account:
https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/
I do see several failed payments in your account, though. Those appear to have been blocked by PayPal, so please contact them to enquire about this, or pay directly via credit card instead of the Pay via PayPal option.
