  Log in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased upgrades for it. Then you can print out your own at Dashboard > Store > Billing History

  The user who purchased these upgrades will be able to see them in their Dashboard under Billing History, as timethief indicated.

  Because the upgrades were not purchased under the zarumbatus username, you will not be able to view the transactions in your Dashboard.

  Anyway the receipt you offer there may not meet our accounting department. Can we have a standard bill ?

  We provide a full invoice that can be edited and downloaded on the Billing History page. Were you able to log in and view that invoice under the other user account?`
