  I have a charge on my credit card from wordpress and don’t know why and I cant get anyone on the phone. Is there a phone number I can call for billing?

  Wordpress does not have phone support.

  You can use this tool to try to find the charge.

  Why was I charged?

  @allysonmandelbaum, staff here. If you have any trouble with the form, let us know. But it should let you contact billing directly once you’ve found the charge.
