  I was charged $84. and $96. I need to be refunded the $84. How can I take care of this?

  I do not see any sites under your @annelessin WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

  Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  Is it the case that you are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

  Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

  Hello Jerry,
  So far I am realizing how hard it is to create a web site through WordPress. My American Express has been charged with two separate amounts instead of one and trying to communicate with representatives is proving to be a challenge.

  Is it possible that you’ve created more than one WordPress.com account with different email addresses?

  The reason why I am asking is because I don’t see Thelistenerlive.com connected to this account.
