Hi @pakramer7, with this account, you bought a Business Plan back in June, along with a subscription for Yoast SEO. Someone filed a chargeback (fraud report) on those purchases, which automatically removed the related upgrades.
Do you have recent purchases with another account? If so, can you log in as that user and cancel rather than reporting the charges as fradulent? It’s a much faster / cleaner process. If necessary, you could also use the secure form at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ then (once you’ve located the charge) contact support directly about it.
