communitycreditunion, there aren’t any upgrades or transactions that have ever been billed to the account you’ve used to contact us.
This means that the charge occurred under a different user account.
Were you able to find the emailed receipt from WordPress.com? Try to sign in with the email address where that receipt was delivered, that’s going to get you in to the correct account.
Or, you can share the site connected to the charge with me here and I can look it up.
Lastly, if you can locate the transaction details for the charge that information can be used to recover the account needed. NOTE: DO NOT POST that information here in the public forums. Instead, you’ll submit it to us privately via this form: https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/
