Bill on Credit Card

  Hello, I was billed on Friday via credit card ending in [redacted] for the amount of $327.60 . I did not receive a receipt for this transaction and I cannot find it under my billing history section inside of WordPress. Can you please explain what this transaction is? and send receipt to accounts email address. I will post below the transaction information.

  Hi there,

  I’ve looked into this for you, and it appears the charge is for the renewal of the Business plan for the site cpddogs.com. However, it seems that cpddogs.com is owned by a different account than the one you’re currently logged into. This explains why you’re not seeing the transaction under your billing history for the account you’re currently logged in to.
