  I paid but my account says i still trail and will be charge feb. 17… why is that

  Hi there!

  Just checked out your records and everything looks squared away. Your Premium plan and the domain freddiebaker.com are paid through February 4th, 2016.

  It’s possible you’re still receiving notifications from your free trial, but since you’ve already paid those can be disegarded.

  Where was the message that you would be charged on February 17th? Over email, or in your Upgrades options?

  Just made some adjustments; would you please clear your cache and cookies, then re login to WordPress.com and see if the notice still appears?

  If so, would you please take a screenshot then upload it to your media library so I can take a look?
