  I have been given administrative access to a group web site in hopes I could take over paying the bill. Now that I have access I can’t find the charge anywhere. How can I pay the bill? The site is: https://cachumacbc.org/

  The payments can only occur from the account that owns the domain (that isn’t the one you’ve used to contact us here).

  If the plan is for your account to take over payments then the ownership needs to be fully transferred to your account.
