  I renewed a week ago my domain name dcdardentalks, however I still receive messages asking to renew. Am I fully paid or not?

  https://dcdardentalks.com/ was created 1st April 2018 so surely isn’t due for renewal yet. That site has the username dcdardentalks rather than derrickdarden that you are logged in as now. Have you got another site? I’ll add a modlook tag to ask a member of staff if they could check your account.

  Looking again at a Whois shows dcdardentalks.com doesn’t expire until 1st April 2020. Perhaps you renewed early to take advantage of a reduced price offer? Are the messages to renew definitely for that site?

  Please confirm which site you’re inquiring about. I think you’re referring to an email that was sent out regarding domains – your domain does not need to be renewed at this time though.
