Hi melonyslife,
I will tag this “modlook” for a staff member to look into the billing issue for you.

Hi there,
What was the URL of the site that had this upgrade connected to it?
it is not connected to the account that you are contacting us from now.
Let me know, and I will look further into this for you.
Thanks!

Hi there,
melonyslife is the username of the account you’re currently use to contact us.
Do you happen to know the website’s address associated with the charge you want to be refunded?
-
Hi there,
There is no account with the username, melonybrannon, on our system.
To find this charge I’ll need some additional information that shouldn’t be shared on a public forum. I’ve sent you an email to request that. Please reply there so I can continue helping you with this.

I found and cancelled but it said $5.88 I would get back! I want my $35.88! digmylife and (email visible only to moderators and staff) .

You cancelled your plan, but not the domain, digmylife.blog, so the cost of the domain has not been refunded.
If you wish to cancel the domain as well, please note that cancelled domains are not released immediately, and it can take anything from a few days to over a year before a cancelled domain becomes available again, if at all. You should never cancel a domain that you still want to use, as there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to use it again somewhere else in future. Only cancel a domain if you’re completely sure you no longer want it at all.
Once you confirm I can cancel and refund the domain as well.

Ok I think I did it. It scared me because it said I would get no refund if I did cancel. Canceled blog
-
I’m not entirely clear what you want to do. Are you saying you want to also cancel the domain, digmylife.blog? Because cancelled domains are not easy to get back as I explained above, I please need your explicit confirmation that you want to cancel it.
