Billed 17$ for no reason

  Hi,

  I was charged 17$ for I don’t know what service, but given that I haven’t used wordpress in a while, I would like to be refunded, and for any future payment to be unauthorized. I did not even know that I had authorized automatic payments in the past.

  The only charge I see on this account is from March 2015 for C$17.00 that was refunded in full.

  Hey Liz,

  Thanks for your reply; I can’t find trace of the payment on my wordpress account, but I can see the receipt on my paypal account. Can you check if any other wordpress account is linked to my paypal address? (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  Hi Yasmina –

  Was the date on the receipt recent? You’d also get an email from us after any charges were processed.
