Hi- I did not authorize a renewal and was charged. I would like this reversed. When I go into manage billing nothing appears.

Hi there,
For what site were you charged? The WordPress.com account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any sites, and has never bought anything from WordPress.com. We don’t even have a credit card on file for this account which we could have charged.
If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ – enter the transaction details on that form, and it will tell you if that charge exists on our end and what site it’s for.
You can also use the Contact Support link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
