  Hello. I recently cancelled my paid wordpress plan completely, but was charged $48 yesterday. I cannot see the charge under my purchases tab, but it showed up in my account as a bill from WordPress.

  The site I need help with is thrivingonnature.wordpress.com.

  When you don’t see that charge under My Purchases, it means that charge is connected to another account of yours. You can check that charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. On the same page you see a contact form to contact the Billing Team.

  The account you’re contacting us from has never purchased anything. So, you can fill out our Account Recovery form linked below and we’ll grant you access to the account associated with that charge. Then, you’ll be able to cancel the upgrade and get a refund.
