Billed 84GBP but is not showing on my account and it’s a mistake

Hi!
I have been billed 84GBP from my account and I am not sure why and for what. I also don’t know if I have any other wordpress account that I am not aware of.Also it doesn’t show in my billing history in my account. Can you please help me with this?
What contact center should i call to get this resolved? I am based in UK

I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.
