I created a second these because I didn’t get my question answered. I don’t have an account, and was charge. I found the charge. I need to speak to someone regarding this. I should not be charged. Obviously I wouldn’t have created multiple threads of my question was answered. I just need to speak to someone about this charge.

This is a support forum and not Livechat with staff. Also it is the weekend. This thread has been tagged for a response from a member of staff but you will need to be patient. You might do better contacting the billing team directly via the link already provided above. Any member of staff replying here will still want to know the domain address you have been charged for and will need you to log in to the correct account associated with the site.

Also I’ve gone ahead and merged your threads so the information is in one place. It’s best to stick with one ticket or thread per issue, and likewise, focus on only one issue per ticket or thread.
