Billed but no plan showing

    Hi,
    Just wanting to make direct contact with someone from WordPress as I have been charged AU$60 on my card but it does not appear in my billing history and I keep getting asked to upgrade. I chose to be on a plan and paid the amount but my account isn’t registering it. Really frustrated at having so much trouble contacting someone directly about this.

    Hi there,

    It looks like you tried to upgrade during a brief outage at our payment processor. The charge went through in spite of the outage, but has already been refunded on our end and should appear back in your account soon. Note that your bank might also just cancel the existing charge once the refund is processed on their end, rather than showing a refund on your statement.

    Please try purchasing the upgrade again. I’ve added a $10 credit to your account that will be applied as an automatic discount during checkout, as an apology for the inconvenience this caused.
