Billed for a service I did not request.

  I was billed for a website with WP that I did not request – and when I tried to find the reason for the bill in my account settings, it shows nothing has been billed. The $52.22 charge on my credit card account is real.

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  Hey @erospenn, sorry for the confusion! It sounds like the charge must be under another account.

  Can you go to https://wpchrg.com to find the charge there? That is a secure form. Once you can see the site, you’ll have an option to contact billing support.

  Or if you’re not able to find the charge there, let us know; we’ll contact you privately for more information about the charge.

  Also, just noting I’ve merged your second request since it’s so similar. Please reply to this thread if you need more help from our forums community, but again I think the form at https://wpchrg.com may be your best bet. Thanks!
