billed for canceled account

    I canceled this service last year when I transferred my domain to Bluehost, but didn’t know I had to cancel the auto-billing. I did not get an email to notify me that I was billed. The only way I knew was by reconciling my credit card charges. I would like to be refunded for the service as I am not using it here.

    We send out various emails before the auto-renewal goes through; you may want to check your Spam/Junk folders, although since these usually empty themselves every 30 days, it’s possible you won’t find them there anymore.

    Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, but some banks may require more time to process the refund.
