Billed for something I didn’t order

  I’ve been billed for something I didn’t want/buy/order. Can I have a refund? I am apparently paying for a blog that I didn’t order. Have I been hacked? Who can I contact for help? Has WordPress been hacked like Facebook was? Should I warn people? I’m a bit worried by this

  I’m happy to help get this sorted. There aren’t any upgrades or purchases made from the account that you are using here. In order to locate the charge and evaluate a refund, we need to get you signed in to the correct user account.

  In the emailed receipt we send, there’s a site address listed, could you share that with me here?

  thats the closest it gets to a site address.

  Do you have any plans to use that custom domain again in the future? once we cancel lorelixenberg.blog someone else can register it as their own. Let me know.
