Billed last month when I’d cancelled

  hi there.

  I’ve just checked my back account and i was billed on the 25th March. I cancelled all sites over the phone with a wordpress employee several months ago. Please refund the money asap

  I cancelled all sites over the phone with a wordpress employee several months ago.

  We do not provide any phone support on WordPress.com, and there is no way to cancel anything over the phone with us, so you did not speak to anyone who works for WordPress.com.

  The account you’re using to post here has also never bought anything from us, so this is likely a charge for hosting services you bought from a different provider.
