Billed on a free plan

I was charged around $100 on a free plan. Does anyone know where I can fight this? The help bot will only connect me with a human if I’m on a paid plan.

I don’t see any subscriptions on the WordPress.com account you’re writing from. Could you enter details about the charge on https://wpchrg.wordpress.com? It will show you what the charge is for and give you the option to send those details to us so that we can follow up with you via email.
You can also locate the transaction ID for the payment (here’s how) and email it to us at billingsupport@wordpress.com. Please do not post the transaction ID here. We’ll get back to you soon after you’ve emailed us the transaction ID.
