Billed Twice

    I was billed twice last August 12, 2022 for the transaction of upgrading my free plan to personal but when I checked my emails only one billing receipt from wordpress was sent

  • Hi! You’re probably looking at once transaction to purchase the plan, and the other to refund it because you cancelled.

    Can you confirm with your bank that they were both charges, and if so, get the transaction IDs for each? Once you have that, update us here and we can reach out by email to get those.

    No actually, I didn’t ask for the refund the same day. And as per my bank account it was billed twice because the amount that got less on my money was twice the price that should have been just billed to me. As for the refund I just got it the other day but they only refunded for one billing that they did not for two billings that they did

    I am only seeing one purchase associated with the user account you are posting from. It was on 2022-08-12 and then that purchase was refunded on 2022-08-14.

    If there are extra charges, you will need to contact your bank and ask them what’s going on because we have no record of that happening here.
