Billed twice for domain name

I paid 26usd yesterday for my domain name and now I paid 79usd for an upgrade which I just cancelled because realised it was a mistake. But you only refunded 53 usd because I’d like to keep my custom domain. But since I already paid for it yesterday, I’m getting billed twice.
