Billed without any active plan

    To the community, I am charged by wordpress every year although there is no plan to my name. Last year, the customer service assured me on the phone that there is no plan to my name or e-mail address – I do receive a bill via e-mail though. How do I even get in contact with them to end this nightmare? Please help!

    Hi, could you let us know what email address that the bill is sent to, and possibly what product the receipt states on it?
