Billed without consent

  One of my cards was billed by wordpress for an account that I have not had for the past year. I would like this problem resolved. It is further confusing that I cannot find the purchase in my billing history on the site, just on my credit card statement. Please advise.

  Unfortunately, you failed to provide any details. Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products like Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. It’s important to know that each charge is sent to the registered email address for each username account, so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you. Also, if you have a wordpress.org account and a wordpress.com account that could be confusing you.

  What is the username account and the site URL does this relate to?
