Can someone please contact me about billing information? I need to obtain an invoice and a W-9 in order to pay for our services on wordpress.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

All Billing information is found here > Dashboard > Store > Billing History and is available to the logged in Admin, who registered the blog, owns it and paid for the upgrade.

The staff I think said in another thread that they don’t send invoices – what @TT sent you to is just what WordPress.COM does –

I’m sorry, but WordPress.com does not bill by invoice or purchase order. You must pay for the upgrade at the time of purchase.You must be logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog who is Admin of the blog to purchase upgrades for the blog.

WordPress.com uses PayPal as the payment processor, and as such, can only accept payment from countries they support: https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/
In addition to major credit cards Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Discover, and PayPal https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/ WordPress.com can accept echecks and some debit cards.
The debit card must have a VISA or Mastercard symbol on it, and should work just like a credit card when selecting the VISA or Mastercard option on the payment form, even though it’s a debit card.
