  “WordPress.com Premium for http://ginas.wordpress.com will be renewed automatically”,
  I like to cancel but on the dashboard it says: You don’t currently have any active subscriptions on WordPress.com
  It is very confusing

  Looks like you are checking from the dashboard of babyboomers53.wordpress.com rather than the dashboard of ginas.wordpress.com.

  Upgrades are blog specific so you should check in the Store > My Upgrades screen from the relevant blog’s dashboard.
