  I was charged twice for installing my theme, and would like a refund for the second charge. That being said, the purchase of the theme, and the install are NOT showing up on my dashboard. Also, Paypal shows the initial charge of $147. 00 for my purchases, and the incorrect second purchase, but your charges show up on my statement for an additional charge for BLU for $249.96. What is this charge for?
