    how do I cancel a trial subscription?

    Are you logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the 14 day trial upgrade? That’s required to cancel the trial.

    What do you see here?
    Dashboard → Store → My Upgrades
    Dashboard → Store → Billing History

    Provided you are logged in under the same username account that registered the blog and purchased the trial upgrade, you ought to be able cancel trial upgrades under Store → My Upgrades in your dashboard at any time and also disable auto-renew.

    I don’t see any active trial subscriptions on your account. Do you potentially have another account that the upgrade might be under?
