  Hi. I’m trying to add new credit card information and the help recommendations aren’t working.

  Hi,

  I have the same problem. The Help page: https://en.support.wordpress.com/change-credit-card-details/ is referring to a cog icon that simply does not appear in the My upgrades page anymore..

  Hi Astro–my renewal finally worked when I used Firefox instead of Chrome. Also, if you need direct help, (email visible only to moderators and staff) is pretty responsive (about one day). HTH, Jill.
