I was billed twice in November and I don’t understand why? It would certainly be helpful if there were a private forum or phone number on which to discuss specific account billing information!

Note: Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products too likes Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. It’s important to know that each charge is sent to a the registered email address for each username account so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you.
