    I have a query about my payments. I have paid for multiple items but and still being told that my subscription will run out tomorrow. please help.

    I have now had a payment taken for my yearly subscription but I have 2 receipts and neither correspond to the payment taken and both issued before payment. This led me to believe I had already paid twice.The dates do not correspond to anything and there is no receipt for the actual payment on the date it was taken. Can anyone explain this? Are these forums actually attended by anyone that works for WordPress?

    what upgrades have you paid for? Or amounts? Are they all on this account? (billing info being sent to the email for this account)?

    I have one account. On the 4th Jan I responded to the email regarding renewal. I recieved this after payment –
    Order Summary
    Description Amount
    Total: £22.00
    Domain mapping(recurring)
    templemancounselling.com
    £11.00
    Domain registration(recurring)
    templemancounselling.com
    £4.00
    Private registration(recurring)
    templemancounselling.com
    £7.00

    I then got several more messages about renewal, I checked my bank account and could not see the payment so tried again. I recieved this receipt –

    Total: £18.00
    Domain mapping(new purchase)
    templemancounselling.com
    £9.00
    Domain registration(new purchase)
    templemancounselling.com
    £3.00
    Private registration(new purchase)
    templemancounselling.com
    £6.00

    This one however was dated 7th Jan which at the time was still 3 days away and also contained ‘new purchase’ items.
    On the 6th the payment was taken (£22). No receipt.
    This was all confusing and will also be useless for my tax return. I did try to sort it out but as this was the only space to get help I was in a queue of hundreds and had no idea when I would get a reply. I was also unclear as to whether the person who would eventually reply would be a staff member with access to billing information, which is still unclear.

    To address any and all billing issues like this one we can click https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ and we can also use this form (which works even when the main contact form is closed): http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?whywasi=charged

    Note: Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products too likes Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. It’s important to know that each charge is sent to a the registered email address for each username account so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you.
