Billing
-
I was billed $99 on February 8th and I’m trying to figure out what the charge was for. My wordpress site (twopointommen.wordpress.com) doesn’t have any purchases associated with it. I did have a wordpress site through iPage that I didn’t renew at the end of February that ran a wordpress site, but again, I didn’t renew the site.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Note: Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products too likes Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. It’s important to know that each charge is sent to a the registered email address for each username account so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you.
To address any and all billing issues like this one we can click https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ and we can also use this form (which works even when the main contact form is closed): http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?whywasi=charged
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

I would second the https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ suggestion.
Anything connected to ipage would not be related to WordPress.com.
