  Pakistan is not included in the billing country, So kindly advise how should i upgrade the account ?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Assalam I alaikum Bhai!
  There’s currently no way of upgrading your account from within Pakistan because there’s no supported billing method from Pakistan i-e no PayPal or Visa card payment.
  You can ask any of your friends from outside Pakistan to upgrade it for you.

  Your username should refer to a WordPress blog. You linked a website to your username that is not hosted here on WordPress.com. You can be considered as a spammer and permanently blocked out of forums.
  So please isey change kren.
